Your choice 750 utilities not included in the rent you pay an equal share on the bills.
Or 840 utilities included in the rent that's a better deal. Think about the savings no gas bill, no electricity bill, and no internet bill I never tried att fiber wire fast internet so I'll get that at'n't fiber wire but you pay your own phone.
That would be all you have to cover month to month plus the deposit 300 you can pay in 75 dollar payments over a 6 month time.
I know it's hard to get 40 hours in some places but 750 utilities not included and 840 utilities included is the best I can offer.
Looking for long-term term roommates. Theres a least agreement.
