Our retreat is over 10 acres with extra-large RV & Model Home Park "aka Tiny Home" sites pads (100 amp available for additional fee). Every site has trees and a yard. Our sites have 20/30/50 amp full hook- ups.

Monthly pad rates starting at $625-$725; rate includes water, sewer, trash, WIFI/Streaming TV. *Electricity additional fee per kw hour (deposit required for monthly stays). Daily and weekly rates also available with all utilities included. 24 hour laundry on site. *No public showers or bathroom.
We are nestled in a quiet, country setting, however only 30 minutes to Austin & 20 minutes to Bastrop or Taylor. Our location is a minute from Hwy 290 which has a 24hr convenience/gas station.
