This is a peaceful community located on working ranch that is very quiet, wooded on creek, just 1 mile south of Johnson City and Grocery/Ace Hardware. 45 miles from Austin and San Antonio. It is a private property and we live on site. The night skies are still dark for star gazing and there is also a nature trails that winds through the property. May allow one horse.
**If you are new to rural Texas hill country living; welcome and please consider these items prior to contacting us. If you are sensitive to elevated environmental allergens and/or are fearful of wildlife/insects, this property is not going to be a good rental fit.
We choose nonsmoking tenants who are financially stable and we prefer no pets but may consider a small one with additional requirements.
We are respectful and attentive to our tenants/cabins and choose applicants who mirror mutual respect. We hope to attract long term tenant/neighbors, yet structure our rental agreement as month to month to allow flexibility for changes.
The All Inclusive Utilities (based on conservative use) includes: Electric, Water, Sewage, and Starlink Internet. The unit also has super quiet mini split for AC and heat and a stackable washer/dryer.

Refundable Security Deposit is $1450 and may be paid in 2 payments. (Note: $90 is a non refundable, pre paid detail cleaning fee.)
Since our property get high marks, we prioritize applicants according to financial/living stability, smoke/pet free, alcohol/drug free and clean backgrounds/living conditions.
