Lake Life Opportunity!

Amazing opportunity to live near Lake Travis and have exclusive access to the lake year around! This RV space is located in Leander, TX and includes: water, septic, electricity and trash (all included) and even space to have your own garden. This neighborhood is very peaceful but also just 10 mins from the local HEB and amenities. 30 Minutes from Austin's day/night life! People who live here, don't usually leave or move because they love it so much. It's a niche neighborhood full of friendly folks. You will have access to enjoy the private entrance to lake where you can BBQ, swim, go boating, bring your own jet skis or go fishing. This area also welcomes golf carts or ATV's to get around. This RV space is outside of city limits and we don't have city regulations which makes for a very relaxing environment. The RV space is big enough to park up a 30-50 feet camper comfortably. Must be a long term tenant (6+months) to enjoy the private lake access. The peaceful neighborhood and lake fun make this space a one of a kind.

The home on the property is completely secluded and fenced off from the RV space. There are 2 RV, but only one is currently available
