You will have access to enjoy the private entrance to lake where you can BBQ, swim, go boating, bring your own jet skis or go fishing. This area also welcomes golf carts or ATV's to get around. This RV space is outside of city limits and we don't have city regulations which makes for a very relaxing environment. The RV space is big enough to park up a 30-50 feet camper comfortably. Must be a long term tenant (6+months) to enjoy the private lake access. The peaceful neighborhood and lake fun make this space a one of a kind.

Non-aggressive small pets welcome (breed weight restrictions apply) Shot records required. One pet, one or two vehicle and two persons per site (please inquire if you have a child or children). Looking for longer-term occupants (6+ months). All long-term guests (18+) must pass a background check prior to move-in ($25-$35). No tents allowed.
