The unit needs wheel modules, and side brush module, all of which are readily available at low cost from AliExpress, or even ebay or Amazon. There are youtube videos showing how to take the thing apart to replace the modules. It works, but is finicky and needs frequent attention. Best to go ahead and replace the parts.
The unit vacuums and/or mops on any schedule you choose, any areas you choose. It empties itself, changes mop water, etc, you can look the details up online.
Included are a bunch of consumables like mop pads, side brushes, filters and bags.
