For sale is an entire lot of working appliances that have been or soon will be removed from my rental property. With a little cleaning and minor refurbishing you can outfit an entire kitchen and have a garage fridge. Included are:

Samsung Refrigerator (Stainless) approx. age 6 years purchased from Neu Appliance and cosmetically not great but works wonderfully and has dual ice makers.
GE Gas oven (White) approx. age, 10 years, purchased from Best Buy. Cool retro design. All burners and oven work. Needs a good cleaning and some appliance paint.
Whirlpool Dishwasher (White), approx. age 6 years purchased from Neu Appliance. Works with no leaks or drainage issues.
Range hood (White) approx. age, 10 years, purchased from Best Buy. Fan and Light work, could use a nice cleaning.
Whirlpool Refrigerator (Stainless), approx. age 19 years. This had been my personal refrigerator and has been a garage fridge in another property. Still works great although the ice maker stopped working. I have another ice maker that I haven't installed and will be included.

$750 will take them all. Prefer cash but will consider bartering for skilled contractor work like exterior painting, drywall, or garage floor resurfacing.
