First glass kiln I built. Overhead elements for even heating. Used it for several years on top of some fire brick for walls and floor. Just add a temperature controller (or not) and you can start fusing. A controller is needed for any serious work though. This listing is for the lid only, but I could sell some fire brick at the going rate. I currently build my own kilns and controllers. If you are good at electronics you could build your own controller (I could provide the software code). A controller + K thermocouple costs about $75 in parts.
