Online research tells me this figurine is made by HEUBACH during the 1800s in Germany. She originally wore tiny wire
framed glasses, and she probably represents a cook. Measures 7 1/4" tall.
She must have been handled a lot, because some of the gold trim edging has worn off. But her sweet face looks untouched.
I bought her in England during 1989. I think a tiny ribbon around her bonnet would look good.
