The KidCo® Auto Close Configure Gate is designed to provide maximum safety for extra-wide or uniquely shaped spaces. With fully rotating joints, you can easily adjust individual sections to the perfect angle and securely lock them in place for a reliable attachment. We used it at the top of our stairway - screwed one end into the wall and the other was fastened directly to a piece of wood (see picture), which was then attached to the iron stairway support rail with heavy duty zip ties so we wouldn't have to drill into the rail support. We have the screws that allow you to install both sides into the wall. It worked great. Is in excellent condition. Black color. Sold for $215 new.

The gate utilizes Magnet-Lock Technology, a dual magnet system that automatically pulls the door closed and guarantees it locks every time. For added convenience, the ConfigureGate™ includes a hold open feature that temporarily suspends the auto-close function, allowing you to keep the door open until you’re ready to close it.

The original 3-piece ConfigureGate™ accommodates openings up to 86 inches, and you can buy an unlimited number of additional 9-inch and 24-inch sections to customize the length or create a freestanding enclosure, making it a versatile safety solution for your home.
