2012 Nissan rogue. New front suspension. New front subframe bushings. New ac blower motor. New battery. Good tires. Will be having timing chain replaced tomorrow 175k miles on motor. Runs and drives great now just hear timing chain noise on cold starts at the moment so having replaced. Transmission was replaced at some point but before I got it so don’t know mileage on the transmission. Estimated 4,500 - 5k value with all resent work done.
