AFOS Maxi kiln, this specialized smoker is about 12 years old in great condition and well maintained. All stainless steel with racks and a hanging rack system too. This unit was imported from England where they are primarily used to smoke fish. It is designed to be used indoors for cold smoking and hot smoking with a vent hood or smoke stack depending on your local codes. I used this to commercial produce smoked salmon/ lox for 5 years as well as pastrami and other smoked meats, cheese and vegetables. It is 220v single phase. New if you can find one they are 50k + Hate to sell it since they are impossible to find used in the states.
