We allow you to add space at any time in your lease, transfer your lease to other Cubework locations, and even have leases as short as 3 months.
Traditionally, when leasing a warehouse, you would be locked into a long lease and be responsible for managing all permits, taxes, and security.

There are zero expenses associated with licensing any of our space.
We operate Industrial Gross SF Costs.

Our warehouse is a 24-hour access warehouse, so our clients can work whenever they like.
