That is something you can actually do yourself. You don't need to go to a bike shop for that. There's a couple of short YouTube videos that'll explain how to do it. FOX also provides the same information if you are into reading and viewing illustrations. Unscrew the canister. Get yourself a tiny torx head screwdriver and loosen a screw. Place either one or two pieces of plastic in there which reduce the travel by 2.5 mm each.
