This bike has developed an issue where the power drops out intermittently. It's probably the battery cables or possibly needs a new controller. The headlamp also needs to be re-attached. Otherwise, the bike is in good shape, and I would fix it and re-sell it but I'm moving. With a quick fix, this could be a great bike for someone at a cheap price or an easy re-sell.
