I am selling my ultra classic Lynskey "Ridgeline" Titanium bicycle, size Medium with 17" down tube - should fit riders 5'6" to 6'0". 26" tires. hydraulic brakes with tabs for "V" brakes. Very well cared for Brooks titanium "B-52" saddle. Shimano XT Group components. Like new tires. Tubeless Mavic wheels. Thompson dropper seat post. 27 speeds with 3 in the front and 9 in the back.
Similar newly built Lynskey titanium bikes would easily cost $4,500 - $5,000 dollars.
This bike is set beautifully set up with a timeless "no paint" aesthetic with raw titanium frame and classic brown leather saddle and cork grips. It is perfect for gravel riding and the gravel-adjacent crowd. With the options for old school V-Brakes and lugs for some luggage it would make a great bike packing rig. I have a seat post luggage rack and old saddle bags that could be included with the bike at no additional charge.
Realistically, just the titanium Lynskey s frame is probably worth more than what I am asking for the whole bike.
The $300 "just barely broken in" Brooks "B17 Special" titanium with copper rivet brown leather saddle, which has been meticulously maintained with Brooks of England "Proofide" has an eBay market value higher than new.
The Mavic tubeless wheel set is in great condition, straight and round, holding air with ~2.1 width fresh tires, and are actually really nice wheels.
The Shimano XT Group components are rock solid, easily and accurately click through the gears. They are not the fanciest components, but they are crazy reliable and work perfectly.
The Thompson Dropper seat post was purchased for about $700, and was prety hot stuff back in the day. I realize they can be bought new now for about half that price, but it sure transformed the bike into a wicked ride!
