Selling my 1979 San Juan 7.7. I bought her as a hobby/project boat a few years ago and unfortunately I no longer live close to the marina. I am sad to sell, but hoping someone can enjoy her as much as I have!

Highlights:
- The outboard is in working order
- Two resealed windows
- There is a portable AC unit onboard
- Titled
- Cushions in good condition
- Beautiful location - she is docked at a slip in Lake Travis

Selling for $2,000 (much less than what I paid for her). Also noting - slip fee is about $290 a month and transferable to the new owner, but there is no obligation to stay at the current Marina. Please message me for more information. I need to sell ASAP - serious buyers only.
