For sale is my 2006 Skeeter 21i powered by a 2015 250 Yamaha VF250 SHO (not one of those HPDI time bombs!). This boat has been garage kept its entire life. Do a little research and you will quickly find the I class hull is one of the best big water boats out there. This boat tops out around 73 mph with a 25p Yamaha prop.
Details about boat:
-Asking price: $34,000
-Hours: 560 ish (I will be fishing this boat until it sells, so hours will change. Last December the original power head had an issue and Yamaha warrantied it. They replaced the ENTIRE long block, not just the engine block. The new long block has around 130 hours on it. I can get you exact numbers on everything if you like)
-2015 Yamaha VF250 SHO (I purchased this engine brand new in February of 2016) Engine has a bit over 2 years of warranty left with option to purchased an extended warranty.
-2006 Ez- Loader trailer (Just had it gone through at Flat Rock Trailer in Waco,TX… complete service and replaced the fiberglass fenders with steel) Tires are in great shape. Also replaced one of the torsion axels about two years ago. Trailer is solid and I wouldn’t hesitate to tow it cross-country, but she’s not the prettiest.
-Skeeter aluminum rims
-TH- Marine Hot Foot
- Lowrance Gen 3 HDS 12 at the console and a Lowrance Gen 3 HDS 9 on the bow. (Networked with a NMEA 2000 backbone system)
-Lowrance Point 1 antennae (if you fish offshore you need this!)
-Humminbird Gen 2 Helix 10 with MEGA imaging transducer
-Minn Kota Ultrex 112 Link model (comes with touch screen Bluetooth remote)
-All 4 batteries were upgraded to 31 group AGM’s. You can run the trolling motor for several trips before charging.
-Minn Kota 3 bank charger (I charge the starter battery separately to avoid electrical interference on the graphs)
-Brand new Flow-Rite valves for the livewells
-Brand new rub rail insert
-Brand new Rule 1,500 gph bilge pump
-Brand new Johnson livewell pump
-Comes with bicycle seat and folding “old man” seat (not pictured in photos)
-Skeeter travel cover
I baby this boat, it has always been garage kept and gets wiped down after every trip. I am also very picky about the engine, I do all the maintenance on it before I hit the 100 hour mark. It does have a few cosmetic scratches from fishing around docks and marinas, as well as some marks on the hull from beaching it. The passenger and middle seat have some minor tearing at the seams. All in all though it is in great condition.
Happy to show you the boat any day of the week! If you would like to test-drive it we can meet at Lake Travis, please show a proof of funds or bank approval letter first. Willing to meet within 200 miles of Austin, TX for serious buyer.
