This 1981 Chris Craft is a classic. Lots of room to party with all your friends. They don't make them like this anymore. This boat sold for $350K in 1980, which was the cost of 6 or 7 new Ferraris back then. The interior has been completely remodeled to accommodate entertaining, so its not as good as a liveaboard anymore. Compare this boat to a newer yacht and you will see how much more room you have with this Commander. Sleeps six.
The master bedroom has lots of storage with queen size memory foam bed. The head has sink, shower, toilet.
The crews quarters has twin beds.
New:
vinyl flooring in all rooms
counter tops
refrigerator
headliners in all cabins
LED lighting in all cabins plus the aft deck
new toilet in master bedroom
two new AC systems (one for bedroom and one for living area)
new Ikea couch that folds out to bed.
new upholstery on outside cushions
new bluetooth stereo with four 6x9 speakers
new fresh water pump
new 12v110v inverter
new water heater
rebuilt HD windlass with chain (no more rope!)
I just rebuilt the generator starter but haven't wired the rest of the generator. The guest bathroom has a sink and larger shower. The new toilet in the main cabin bathroom/shower works great.
The twin 454 engines have rebuilt carbs and run great. I rebuilt the heads and put new Edelbrock intake on the port engine in 2020. In 2024, I put new aluminum heads and Edelbrock intake on the starboard engine. (unleaded fuel burned the valves on the original heads). We take the boat out to "the cove" every week during the nice months so boat does not just "sit" like others in the marina.
The boat is docked at Emerald Point Marina (next to Wally's Hot Dogs restaurant). Slip fee is $950/mo and transferable. Renews in Feb.
$50K cash or bitcoin, (btc, eth, xrp). Possible trade for older 4wd backhoe (ie 2000-2010 John Deere or New Holland only) plus cash.
