Ocean Venus sit on top 11ft kayak in great condition. Venus's were designed by women for women although I am a man and love this design so much I own 4 of them. It is 28” wide, sturdy and doesn’t flip easily, rides low and easy to get into. It’s rated for 225 lbs. Bought at Austin Kayak for $850 plus $70 in tax, $920 just for the kayak, no paddles or life jacket. Molded valuable foot rests, 5 handles, ends, sides and center, bungees are new, comes with a new blue adjustable Livery life jacket, a Bending Branch Splash paddle and paddle keeper, a 4 point ocean kayak seat, a large 14” x 19” back cargo area for a milk crate, ice chest, small child or dog, whatever you want to carry. Also a 6”round screw on lid compartment before seat area, and an over 8” x 15” front inside hatch with lid that is most handy to carry the life jacket, paddle to be all self contained. Not water proof but water resistant. I put emergency stuff like rope, and extra paddle, first aid kit and more. I would also put a lunch kit in after I removed the jacket and paddle, strap the jacket on top “ handy to reach” and my dog would lay or sit on it. Cooler would be on back in cargo area with fishing box so I could reach them. This is great for overnight trips, all day or just a few hours. Tracks well and not heavy with drain hole plug in the front.
