"This looks to be a 12 5/8” Diameter prop. Prop diameter is remeasured as 2 x the radius from the center of the splined hub to a prop tip.
21” Pitch - On an outboard at 5500 RPM should produce a max top speed of 49 mph, assuming the lower unit gear ratio is 2:1 and 10% slippage.
Difficult to tell from the photos but looks like 15 splines in the hub. This typically occurs for 4.5” Case diameter v6 motors. Looks like this prop may fit Mercury, Yamaha and a number of others.
My guess is this prop would be best fitted on a 17’ to 19’ light sport or fishing boat (not a pontoon or wake board/ski boat) under a 140 to 250 HP motor with, of course the same size spline and gear case.
