Clean, excellent working condition. No damage, no corrosion--- inside or outside. Runs smooth on all speeds, no issues, nicks or damage. Clean inside and out --- no prior water leakage at all. Good for a Jon boat, or other small 2-man boat.

New battery cable clamps.
New Prop
All new seals (complete motor seal/shaft kit). Bronze bearings cleaned, greased & checked.
Repainted motor housing. Replaced housing gasket seal.
Restored/repaired motor speed winding.
Rotary switch is in MINT condition, copper lugs still look bright.
Brushes and commutator (cleaned) good.
