Job Description:
Ensure inventory availability, optimize supply chain operations, and support cross-functional alignment through the S&OP process. Support the development of product-level forecasts using historical data, sales trends, and input from cross-functional teams. Partner with customer supply chain teams and internal account managers to improve forecast accuracy and service levels. Work closely with production and supply chain teams to translate demand forecasts into executable supply plan. Contribute to the monthly S&OP cycle by preparing data and presenting updates on demand, inventory, and supply risks. Develop strategies for product availability and inventory turnover. Maintain effective communication and coordination with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on plans and priorities. Lead and mentor team members to improve their planning & analytical capabilities.
Education and Experience Requirement:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field and (2) years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, or related field required or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
Skills from experience or education:
1. Experience in CPG operations in demand or supply planning
2. Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, JDA, Oracle, or Logility
3. Experience with S&OP processes and planning tools
4. Knowledge in statistical forecasting models and tools
5. Experience with analytical tools such as PowerBI, PowerQuery, or Sequel server to implement more efficient tools
6. Experience in tracking and reporting key metrics such as forecast accuracy and inventory turns
7. Experience monitoring customer scorecards and resolving service-related issues
