Job Description
Position Overview:
This role combines general office support, light property management coordination, and personal assistant responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
Organize and respond to mail and phone inquiries
Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and digital filing systems
Assist with reporting and basic bookkeeping tasks
Property Management Support
Help list and market rental properties online
Coordinate with tenants and vendors (scheduling maintenance, inspections, etc.)
Track lease renewals, payments, and property-related documents
Research and contact potential vendors or contractors as needed
Personal Assistant Duties
Book and track travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals)
Manage and log personal and business expenses and bills
Organize personal data and documents as needed
Run occasional errands or complete online purchases
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office
Experience in property management, real estate, or executive assistance preferred
Dependable, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality
Hours & Compensation:
Part-time: 2-4 days per week 10-12 hours a week (Tuesdays through Thursdays, 2:30–5:30 PM)
$25/hour, paid biweekly
