Very cool vintage metal spinning ashtray by RogerSpin of Germany.1970s. Still functions but is well used, nicks, dings, and the interior is rusted. Could use some new paint on the exterior and on the inside, to bring it back to fabulous. Someone make it look cool again! or leave as is. for outside use. Maker's mark on the bottom.
