For sale is a 1940s Lance Cracker Glass retail display Jar, 8-Sided.
Walk into almost any country store in the 1940s, and you will always see a Lance jar sitting in the establishment. These glass jars displayed packs of Lance crackers and kept them fresh for customers. The glass jar features the red and blue Lance logo printed on the front and back and embossed Lance letters on the bottom. The jar is free of chips and cracks, with typical wear. The metal red lid features a chrome handle and “Lance” stamped on the underside. Chips are on the lid, with paint loss from past use. This jar is perfect for your country store setting or to display in your home. A great antique advertising display piece that is still quite functional and looks fantastic. These typically go for a bit more than my price. Typically available for pickup, will delete when sold.
