These are lovely hand painted porcelain figurines w a glazed finish, children dressed in their traditional play clothes of the period. The little girl is holding a hot dog while her dog jumps up begging for a bite of her hot dog. The little boy is busy sweeping up the yard. They are their cutest together! They are very colorful and highly sought after for their color, whimsical style & delicate features. They will look adorable in a child’s room on a shelf or anywhere.
The only markings on bottom of both are
JAPAN.
Has no makers marks label or stamps. After some research I discovered these two items are made by "Fairyland China Co. Japan". I found the exact same figurines w the original "Fairyland China Co. Japan" foiled stamp. Included in the last picture for your reference only. These two figurines no longer have their original stickers. They do have their JAPAN markings on bottom of each.

Excellent Pre-owned Vintage Condition. Has Some Sticker Residue On Bottom. Girl Has No Apparent Flaws. The Boy Has Tiny Chip On Upper Arm & Raised Piece Of Porcelain On Bottom But Still Stands Straight. See Last Pic. These Longer Have Their Makers Sticker.
