Need office space for 4 programmers for 4 weeks (apprApr 15 to May 15) (brentwood)

I need to sublet or rent a small office space in the central north Austin, 2222, Koenig, Brentwood area for approximately four weeks, middle of April to middle of May. There's a chance I would renew and extend it if the location is convenient and the rate is right, but initially just four weeks. I've checked in with several co-working spaces, and they all want ridiculous setup fees and cleanup fees and extra weeks and all this. We're very responsible people, & will take good care of the space. We'll be bringing in three large monitors, so it can't be a tiny space.
