Needing a wheel chair (Austin)

I am wanting to help out a elderly couple living in Temple. The two live on a small amount of fixed income. The gentleman had 2 strokes and the lady just had heart surgery. About 2 weeks ago the rental house they were in completely burn down. Unfortunately, they did not have insurance. They lost everything and one of the items was an electric wheelchair.
I was hoping to find someone who has an electric wheelchair that would be willing to donate it to someone desperately needing one. I realize this is Craigslist and for that reason, you may meet the gentleman in person. Right when you see him you will realize he needs help.
This would be a tremendous blessing. Thanks.
