We have a program specifically adapted for seniors in private studio where you will receive focused one-on-one instruction. The trainer will be with you every step of the way. You'll feel better and you'll see improvements in strength, bone density and vitality. If you don't do something you could be in much worse shape a year from now. You can do this.
