We’re building a mission-driven mobile app in the healthcare + family support space.
This isn’t a typical “move fast and break things” startup. This is about trust, stewardship, safety, and serving real people well.
We’re looking for a developer who cares just as much about people as they do about code.
The Role
You would be the lead developer helping bring a new mobile platform from concept to MVP and through launch.
This includes building features such as:
* Mobile app (iOS + Android)
* User accounts and profiles
* Payments
* Location-based features
* Admin tools
* Data privacy & security best practices
* App Store & Google Play deployment
You won’t just be “handed tickets.” You’ll help shape the product alongside the founder.
Technical Experience We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
* Experience building mobile apps (React Native, Flutter, or similar)
* Backend experience (Firebase, Supabase, Node, etc.)
* Experience integrating Stripe (or similar payment platforms)
* Experience with authentication, databases, APIs
* Strong understanding of user security and data privacy
* Comfortable using Git/GitHub
* Ability to take a project from idea → MVP → launch
Big Plus If You:
* Have shipped apps to the App Store / Google Play before
* Have built a marketplace, community, or healthcare-adjacent app
* Have worked with real-time features (chat, notifications)
* Have startup / early-stage experience
Important Non-Negotiables
Transparency and ownership matter.
* All code belongs to the company
* All hosting, accounts, and infrastructure are owned by the company
* Work happens inside company-owned GitHub and platforms
* Clean documentation and professional handoff practices are expected
