We’re very busy (which is a good problem to have) and need someone who can help us stay organized and keep things moving smoothly. Skills matter — but personality matters more. We’ve worked together for years, we genuinely enjoy each other, we take turns cooking and eating lunch together, and we run a zero-drama, positive-vibe office. If you’re organized, friendly, dependable, and good with people, we can teach you the rest.
You should be comfortable on a computer (typing, email, documents), organized with scheduling, and confident communicating with customers. Remodeling industry experience is a plus — but not required. Reliable transportation is a must, and you should be okay running the occasional errand.
