What You Will Do
- Take 2 AV Rides: Take two separate trips in an autonomous vehicle within the operating service area.
- Complete Scenarios: Follow specific real-world instructions during your journey.
- Test Customer Support: Engage in a short, straightforward phone call with a support agent to address a scenario.
Provide Feedback: Wrap up your session by completing a detailed survey regarding your ride and support interactions.
Requirements:
You must currently live, work or be willing to travel to the active operating zone in Austin, TX
Have an active profile on the ride-sharing application, or be willing to create one prior to testing, so our team can whitelist your account
Scheduling flexibility, the service is available 24/7. However, you must be willing to complete testing within 48hrs after your account has been whitelisted
Willing to make two upfront ride purchases using your personal payment method
Reimbursement Note: You will be fully reimbursed for both ride expenses after all testing tasks and surveys are successfully completed.

After completing your initial uTest profile, you will be directed to a short Google form with specific questions regarding this project.
Once you have done answering all questions, please remember to submit the survey to apply.
