$250 | Personal Checking User Experience Study
We’re a professional market research firm conducting a paid usability study on major financial institutions' online account opening experience.
As a participant, you’ll join a virtual session with one of our experienced researchers to open a new checking account. The session will be recorded to document the experience and support the study findings.
All personal information is automatically anonymized using secure AI tools and will never be shared outside the context of the study.
After the session, you’ll be asked to share any communications (emails, texts, app notifications, etc.) you receive from the bank over the following 7 days.
You’ll be able to choose from a list of well-known financial institutions.

The application process will be conducted online using a computer and smartphone (preferably an iPhone), and it will typically take 30-45 minutes.
You will receive a $250 incentive for successfully completing this project.
Participants whose applications are denied will receive a $50 incentive after completing a brief survey.
