Digital Illustrator & Graphic Designer (remote)
We are a highly collaborative creative team dedicated to high-end product design and botanical aesthetics. We are seeking a multi-talented Digital Illustrator and Graphic Designer who thrives in a small-team environment where their work directly impacts the final product.
This is a technical and creative role. You will be responsible for taking designs from initial concepts to production-ready files, managing our digital storefront, and creating the visual storytelling that brings our products to life.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Development: Assist in the preparation of new product designs, specifically focusing on intricate digital illustration and complex pattern creation.
• Colorway Engineering: Expertly handle rendering and coloring to create diverse, sophisticated colorways for textiles and wallpapers.
• Marketing & Visualization: Create high-fidelity "in situ" imagery (Photoshop mockups) of products in interior settings for our website and marketing materials.
• Web Maintenance: Manage and update our Squarespace site (no coding required), ensuring product listings and imagery are current and beautiful.
• Asset Management: Maintain a highly organized digital filing system. You will be responsible for the meticulous documentation and licensing records of all studio designs.
Technical Requirements
• Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator is non-negotiable.
• Digital Illustration: Exceptional skills in hand-drawn digital illustration and seamless pattern repeats.
• Visualization: Proven ability to create realistic product renderings and environmental mockups.
• Squarespace: Experience navigating the back-end of Squarespace for content management.
• Organization: High level of professional organization regarding file naming conventions, version control, and administrative documentation.
