Bilingual Customer Service
Full Time: Monday to Friday
2nd & 3rd shift available
Answer 40-50 inbound calls a day in both English and Spanish
Provide administrative and secretarial support for executives and their department
Organize and maintain scheduling system
Assist in ordering supplies for the office
Develops, maintains, and updates filing system, and retrieves information when needed.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to type 45+ WPM
Additional Software skills, including CRM/ERP a plus!
1 year in a Customer Service/Call Center environment preferred.
