Fast growing creative tech startup is looking for a sharp, reliable Personal Assistant to join our local team. This is a hybrid creative + admin support role for someone who can move fast, stay organized, and help bring ideas to life.
We are looking for someone with real creative instincts, not just basic assistant experience.
What You’ll Help With:
• Canva design work
• Simple video editing for social media content
• Creative image creation and visual content
• Admin support and scheduling
• Social media assistance
• Organizing files, projects, and daily operations
• Helping execute marketing and content ideas quickly
Requirements:
• Experience with Canva is required
• Experience editing short form video content is required
• Strong eye for design and branding
• Organized and dependable
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills:
• TikTok or Instagram content experience
• Photoshop or CapCut experience
• Marketing or startup background
• Photography or content creation experience
