The Customer Care Representative I interact with customers on the phone and in person to create new accounts, update account information, create work orders and answer account or service questions.
High school diploma or its equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Demonstrated customer service orientation
Professional phone and personal demeanor
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite – e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Reliable transportation
Ability to work weekend and holiday shifts, as scheduled
Payment processing experience
Call center experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
