Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Ordering
• Strategic Ordering: Monitor demand patterns and sales trends to optimize reorder quantities for store supplies and merchandise.
• Kitchen Supplies: Manage the procurement of kitchen inventory, ensuring all incoming food products include proper expiry date labeling.
• Vendor Coordination: Compare delivered items against purchase orders or invoices to resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintenance Quotes: Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations for required maintenance work and secure management approval before work begins.
2. Daily Operations & Store Setup
• Opening/Closing: Manage store opening procedures including climate control, lighting, and menu screen activation.
• Safety & Security: Ensure all perimeter fences and backdoors remain locked and monitor property surveillance systems.
• Cash Management: Oversight of daily safe drops and accurate reporting at the end of every shift.
3. Inventory Control
• Quality Assurance: Inspect all incoming shipments for damage or incorrect items upon receipt.
• Record Keeping: Immediately update inventory records and maintain detailed documentation including date, quantity, and supplier info.
• Organization: Group similar products together in designated storage areas and ensure the floor is kept clear of packaging materials.
4. Kitchen & Food Safety
• Production Schedule: Oversee the preparation schedule for breakfast tacos, pizzas, and hot case items (wings, tenders, fries) starting at 7:00 AM.
• Food Safety: Maintain hot case temperatures at a minimum of 135°F; if the temperature falls below 125°F, the food must be replaced after 4 hours to ensure safety and quality.
• Waste Tracking: Record and report daily food wastage to management at the end of each day.
5. Maintenance & Presentation
• Cleanliness: Maintain high standards for restrooms, patio tables, and the coffee station.
• Fuel Services: Ensure gas pump areas are wiped down and fuel prices are updated immediately upon management revision.
