We are looking for a motivated, dependable Outside Sales/Project Representatives to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you will handle customer relationships, work directly under ownership and in the field with our teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to our quality.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in daily operations, site visits, sales and project planning/tracking.
Communicate clearly with crews, clients, and management.
Ensure all materials are on-site and manage the return of extra materials in company storage.
Maintain a professional, clean-cut presence while representing the company.
Key Responsibilities:
-Meet with homeowners at their properties. Gather exact job specifications and measurements. Understand customer needs and design preferences.
-Project Coordination: Relay accurate project details to the home office.
-Deliver professional price estimates to customers. Follow up with clients to close deals.
On-Site Management - Manage the job site on installation day. Direct and assist the installation crew. Answer customer questions during construction.
Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors and lift heavy materials. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Prior experience in fencing or construction is preferred.
Requirements:
Must have your own truck in good working condition (Gas stipend provided).
Dependability: Must be on time and consistent—this role is the backbone of our workflow.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills are a must.
Professionalism: Clean-cut appearance and a positive, "get-it-done" attitude.
Bilingual (Plus): Ability to speak Spanish is a major advantage but not required.
