Selling my camper van after living full-time in it for the past 3 years. This van has taken me all over, including a recent drive from Montana. It runs strong and has been a reliable home, but I want to be upfront: this is not a perfect or showroom build, and it’s best suited for someone comfortable with one remaining project.

MECHANICAL

• Approx. 150,000 miles (odometer stuck at 123,641)
• Runs well, road-trip proven
• Tires not new; recommend replacement soon

ELECTRICAL

• Shore power hookup (30A, 50ft cord included)
• Breaker box with Romex-wired 120V outlets throughout
• Can be converted to 12V off-grid (supplies included; conversion not completed)

WATER SYSTEM

• Hot & cold water hookup to stainless steel sink
• Gas water heater (portable backpack unit, mounts to rear ladder)
• Drain plumbed under van with PVC
• Secondary drain port installed for future shower/tub system

INTERIOR

• Full-size mattress loft
• 2 small + 1 large opening topper windows
• Opening sunroof
• Extended roof for additional headroom
• Window A/C installed + additional full-size box A/C included

STORAGE

• Drop-down loft storage
• Shelving and pantry
• Two cabinet sets
• Sink drawers and under-sink storage
• Bench storage and additional shelving throughout

COMPOST TOILET

• Custom pine compost toilet box (low absorption wood)
• Ventilation fans vented outside
• Easy access for cleaning
• 5-gal bucket separation system

• Clean, odor-free system when used properly

IMPORTANT NOTE – ROOF

The extended roof structure itself is solid. However, the exterior fiberglass/epoxy seal did not remain fully waterproof over time. I have used a tarp to keep it dry.
The fix is sanding and resealing (Raptor liner or similar).
This is the primary remaining project.

I’ve researched repair options and costs thoroughly and can explain details to serious buyers.

OTHER

• Previously used standard 120V fridge, air fryer, coffee pot, propane stove
