The car runs perfectly.

New Freedom Off-Road front upper and lower control arms, installed a few months ago, with new alignment ($900)
2'' Lift with brand new Bilstein 5100 all around. ($200 for the rear shocks)
Icon 2'' Rear springs are 2 years old ($200)
The front shocks and springs were installed as a kit a couple of months ago ($684)
Forged Ball Joint Sway Bar End Links, 1 year old ($150)

33'' (275/70/17) BRF Goodrich all terrain tires with plenty of tread.
New Upgraded 5th gen 4Runner wheels.
Denso MAF sensor installed a month ago. ($101)

Transmission oil changed (not flushed) at 237k miles with Toyota filter and Toyota transmission oil ($135)
Full synthetic oil changes every 5k miles.
