Never been off-road! Garage-kept! Gently used! Still under warranty***!
We bought it to have some adventures, but life gets in the way and they never panned out. Fun car otherwise... YOU should buy it and take it on adventures. It's an extra car for us at this point, so we're trying to downsize.
This Wrangler has an excellent feature for Jeepers: the sky-one-touch roof. You get that open air feeling without having to take the whole roof off (but you still could if you want, it's a Jeep). It doesn't change all the other removable features, just gives you another option.
Fun bonus: the 4xe is almost as fast as the 392 for a fraction of the cost. This Jeep has essentially every option you could get for the model year. It even has the upgraded safety systems for collision detection, blind-spot monitoring, and rear traffic warning (this also includes parking sensors and radar cruise control). It also has upgraded paint (Granite Crystal Metallic) and leather seats.
We wanted to make a bunch of modifications, but never got around to them. The only notable change is the stock Rubicon rock sliders have been replaced with wider running board steps. We still have the original parts along with some other extra pieces.
Here's the story:
We are the third registered owners. The first buyer was a guy in Tennessee who bought it for his wife. Apparently, they had communication issues, because he returned it after a few hundred miles. The second owner was the sales manager of the Jeep dealer. He bought it and brought it to Texas when he moved here. He then sold it because he worked for the Round Rock Genesis dealer, got a sweet deal on a GX80, and he wanted a more luxury oriented vehicle (not that this isn't a nice car, just not the most cushy ride). Then we bought it. And now you should buy it.
***Warranty info: The basic limited warranty expired in 2025, but the hybrid components and powertrain warranty are still current for years to come. We purchased an aftermarket warranty to cover the gap (good till 117k miles or 12/27/2030). It can be transferred to a new owner, but if you don't want to use it, we will sell it back, and you can take $2500 off the list price.
