I've finally decided to sell my truck. I have more cars than I need and something has to go.
This is an extremely well maintained and well cared for pickup with a 5-speed manual transmission. In the pictures, I have tried to show all the issues. The passenger bed cap is the worst where the paint is missing. Other than that it's normal wear and tear for 1998. The interior is a 9 out of 10. (Excluding the Dodge dash, however, it's still in decent shape and almost all there.) Sorry, I didn't clean the interior before the pictures, but I will have it cleaned up before selling.
The truck only has 143k ORIGINAL miles put on by me on the 5.2L 318 engine. It has a glass pack on it with a Y pipe out to dual tips. Sounds good, but not ridiculous. I replaced all of the front end components about a year ago, but since I don't drive it, it might have 1000 miles on those components. I also put new tires on it at the same time so they are basically brand new. As you will see in the pictures the AC works and is cold. (Heater works as well, but it was already 100-deg when I took these pictures.) Rear sliding window, aftermarket radio with a remote, plastic bed liner in it since it was new, tow package, trail boss brush guard and Westin side steps.
Interior (9 out of 10 - no tears anywhere INCLUDING the driver seat.)
New front suspension (ball joints, tie rod ends, pitman arm, idler arm)
New front and rear shocks
New tires all around
New catalytic converter
Rear-end rebuilt at 125k at Riley's trans in San Marcos (filled with synthetic gear oil after)
Front and rear brakes replaced at the same time as the front end
Dash is cracked
Headliner starting to peal near the top of the windshield (I will try to fix before I sell)
Power door lock doesn't work on the passenger side, but manual lock works
Some clear coat is starting to flake, but hard to see
Front speakers not working
I'm not in a rush to sell, so serious buyers only. Email me with your phone number and I will call you as soon as possible. Please don't negotiate through email. If you're not serious enough to look at it in person how do you know what you're negotiating for?
