For a bit of history, there were only 4,153 of these vehicles sold in the US (6,000 in total). The remaining amount left on roads is likely much lower. In terms of design, this car was way ahead of it's time and is one of the few concept cars to see a public release!
Although it still performs very well for a vintage vehicle, below is a list of some of the cosmetic & utility issues that I can find:
• Hood insert needs repair/replace
(I still have the original but it's split in two)
• Driver's window has issues rolling up (Common issue on V-cross vehicles)
• AC unit had a leaf in it
(now blows with a slight noise)
• Crack in lower front plastic bumper
• Radio volume dial is inconsistent
• Interior wear/tear on seats and center console (pictured)
• Imprint of lettering from vinyl jacket on driver seat (pictured)
I've absolutely loved this car for the several years that I have owned it. A true dream car for compact SUV fans and i'm reluctant to let it go, but i'm moving away.
