Job Title: Extreme Hoarding & Clutter Cleanup Specialist
Location: Various locations across Texas (some travel required)

Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate, hardworking, and dependable Cleanup Specialists to join our growing team dedicated to helping individuals reclaim their living spaces from extreme hoarding and clutter situations. Our work goes beyond cleaning—it’s about restoring dignity and functionality to our clients' homes and lives.
As a Cleanup Specialist, you’ll be on the frontlines of physically and emotionally demanding projects. You'll work in diverse residential environments, handling everything from trash removal and donation hauls to organizing and deep-cleaning spaces that have been overwhelmed by clutter, waste, or hoarding behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
-- Clutter & Trash Removal: Clear out excessive debris, trash, expired food, and household items with care and efficiency.
-- Donation & Recycling Hauls: Sort and transport salvageable items to donation centers or recycling facilities.
-- Organizing & Sorting: Assist clients in identifying and organizing essential belongings, using clear systems to restore order.
-- Deep Cleaning: Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sanitizing surfaces, removing grime or biological contaminants, deodorizing, and pest prevention.
-- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), safe lifting techniques, and handling of biohazards or sharp objects.
-- Client Interaction: Show empathy and professionalism when working with clients who may be dealing with mental health challenges, trauma, or distress.
-- Team Collaboration: Work closely with a team under the direction of a crew leader to complete projects on time and to high standards.
------------- SPECIAL CONSIDERATION will be given to those individuals who can put together crews of their own (of other responsible, trustworthy adults who can pass a background check), have their own utility trailer, and other equipment, and have strong skills in organization, team building and leadership. Teams of 2-3 are ideal to start, but more people are sometimes needed for larger jobs. ---------------
Requirements:
-- Prior experience in cleaning, junk removal, restoration, or related field preferred
-- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet for extended periods
-- Willingness to work in difficult and sometimes unsanitary conditions
-- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-- You must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-- Flexibility to travel within Texas and work occasional weekends or evenings
-- Comfortable working in emotionally sensitive environments
