Part Time Household Assistant (House Manager Mindset)

We’re looking for a dependable, proactive household assistant to help keep our home running smoothly. This is a long term position for someone who enjoys organizing, creating systems, and taking pride in leaving a home clean, organized, and fully reset.
Schedule
Monday & Thursday or Tuesday & Friday
Initial Reset Phase (approximately one month):
Additional hours with longer shifts typically 3-5 hrs twice per week to help deep clean, organize, and fully reset the home.
Ongoing Schedule:
Monday & Thursday or Tuesday & Friday
Typically 2.5 to 3 hours per visit with a guaranteed minimum of 2 hours each visit.
Responsibilities
* Full household reset upon arrival (beds, clutter, common areas, kitchen)
* Laundry from start to finish, including putting everything away
* Kitchen reset (dishes, counters, dishwasher)
* Vacuuming and light bathroom upkeep
* Organizational or deep cleaning project as needed
Initial Reset Projects
* Organize refrigerators and freezers
* Defrost outdoor freezer
* Organize pantry, spices, drawers, and cabinets
* Deep cleaning throughout the home
* Create simple systems to make the home easier to maintain

* Self motivated and notices what needs to be done
* Organized and detail oriented
* Works efficiently with very limited personal phone use
* Takes pride in leaving noticeable progress every visit
