Roles and Responsibilities:
This position is for a full time employee of Watearth and working on a variety of projects including hydrology/hydraulics modeling, water quality, design of stormwater and water resources facilities, Low Impact Development and water conservation projects.
Position includes exhibits, databases, proposal graphics, renderings, programming project management, produce landscape architecture construction drawings, assist with civil construction drawings and GIS technical specialist. Projects can be in a variety of locations where we have offices although travel is not usually required.

Minimum Experience Requirements
• Prefer 6+ years experience with GIS for water resources.
• GIS certification preferred
• Bachelors of Science (required, Master level preferred) in Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology, Geographic Information System, Geography, Geoscience, Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field
• Hydrology and hydraulics model preprocessing and mapping

This is a full-time position and is to be filled as soon as a qualified candidate is identified. We offer flexible office locations and telecommuting, as well as some flexibility on hours, with required core hours each weekday to meet our Central Time Zone and Pacific Time Zone needs (may require greater than 40 hours some weeks to meet deadlines).
