Vintage MCINTOSH MC 2300 Stereo Amplifier Parts Repair - $1,200 (parmer and mopac)

this amp powers on but the audio is very low almost unable to be heard. I tested both the RCA and 1/4" input and both the left and right channels at 8ohms and was not really able to get audio. I couldn't get he meters to move either. The knobs seem to move normally with no signs of damage to them. Included is a custom made wood case. See pics and video.
