10D is Canon's semi PRO model, which is nicer than many other Canon DSLRs. This camera is larger and sturdier built, has a real metal (lightweight magnesium) body, and larger and nicer viewfinder optics. Also has better processor.
AND....if your used to using point and shoot cameras, or a camera phone... this is a HUGEt step up!
DSLR cameras cost around $1000+ when new. On DSLR cameras, they have a much larger image sensor,( APC- S size) which results in higher resolution and excellent low light performance. Plus you can use a variety of Lens.. from fisheye to telephoto.
DSLR cameras can also be easily connected to telescopes and microscopes... low cost "T" adapters available online.
Comes complete with a EF 28-105mm Zoom AF Lens, , battery, charger, Flash card, and new USB upload cable, and I will supply an electronic copy of the owner's manual, and a link to free Canon Digital Professional software, so you can also edit/enhance your photos.

Also, all Canon EF lens will fit this camera. Low cost adapters can also be found online that let you use old vintage 35mm camera lens( from other brands) on this camera too.
To upload/print your pics to any PC, just use the supplied flash card reader to copy files to your PC or Mac. You can then file, crop, enlarge, enhance or print all your photos.
