This was acquired with a lot of old tubes in Austin. Unfortunately I’m not familiar with how to test this. However you are welcome to come by and see for yourself. When plugged in at night and looking the round screen it does glow somewhat. However how I don’t seen an obvious on or off switch. This is being sold AS-IS, potentially working or for repair or parts. Looking online for replacement parts I can see many are asking over $30 for each combo of red and black sets of knobs and there are three of them here.
